Data Whisperer & Numerical Storyteller

Dr. Kelechi Ekpagu

Dr. Kelechi Ekpagu founded ChiGlobal Consulting out of a deep passion for leveraging data and research for real-world impact. With 20+ years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she brings deep expertise in research, policy, and systems design.

A tenured professor and Fulbright Specialist, Dr. Ekpagu has trained leaders around the world in data strategy, performance, and equity. Her work spans from boardrooms to federal agencies, always focused on making data accessible, human-centered, and actionable.

She holds a PhD in Public Policy & Management, an MPA in Finance, and a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering. Through ChiGlobal, she’s on a mission to help mission-driven teams think clearly, act confidently, and lead with insight.
