Future Ready is a 3-week, full-day, high-impact leadership and life skills summer boot camp designed to provide teens with a transformative experience centered on emotional intelligence, communication, critical thinking, and real-world problem solving via financial literacy, data literacy, and foundational leadership training. Program participants become stronger communicators, better decision makers thinkers, and confident leaders. Through hands-on activities, team challenges, public speaking opportunities, field experiences, and a capstone project, Future will build real-world skills that prepare them for school, work, leadership, and life.
